1. Introduction

Welcome to Rebleko Safaris & Trekking. By booking a tour, safari, or trek with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form the basis of your contract with Rebleko Safaris & Trekking, a licensed tour operator based in Tanzania.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit payment and a written confirmation from you (via email or online form). Upon confirmation, a detailed itinerary and invoice will be sent to you.

A 30% deposit of the total cost is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed.

For bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online payment platforms. All transfer fees must be covered by the client.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you must cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus bank/transaction fees.

30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Please note that some suppliers (hotels, airlines, or parks) may have separate cancellation policies that will apply.

5. Alterations by the Client

If you wish to make changes after confirmation, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, any additional costs incurred from third-party suppliers will be charged to you.

6. Alterations by Rebleko Safaris & Trekking

We reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety, park regulations, or availability. In the unlikely event of major changes, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Your insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Rebleko Safaris & Trekking is not liable for any loss or damage that could have been covered by insurance.

8. Health & Fitness

Participants must ensure they are physically fit and in good health for safaris or trekking, particularly for Mount Kilimanjaro climbs. Please consult your doctor before travel. You are responsible for any required vaccinations and medications.

9. Liability

Rebleko Safaris & Trekking acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other independent contractors. While we take utmost care in choosing our partners, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from third-party services, acts of nature, or government actions beyond our control.

10. Safety & Conduct

Your safety is our top priority. All clients must follow the instructions of guides and crew at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate a safari for anyone whose behavior endangers others, wildlife, or property.

11. Travel Documents

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all passports, visas, vaccinations, and permits are valid before departure. Rebleko Safaris & Trekking can assist with general information but is not liable for denied entry due to documentation issues.

12. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised immediately with your guide or our office during the trip so we can address them promptly. If unresolved, a written complaint may be submitted within 14 days after the tour ends.

13. Governing Law

All agreements and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Rebleko Safaris & Trekking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
