These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Nomiles Safaris (“Nomiles”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking, you (“the guest”, “you”, “traveler”) agree to the terms below.

1) Booking & Confirmation

  1. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

    • We receive the required deposit/payment, and

    • We send you a written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) showing your itinerary and booking details.

  2. All travelers in the group are covered under the same booking unless stated otherwise.

  3. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you have permission to accept these terms for all travelers.
